After recovering from a torn cruciate ligament, I discovered how strength training could completely transform my body and mindset. That experience showed me what discipline and consistency can bring — and inspired me to help others achieve the same. My coaching style is goal-oriented, honest and result-driven, with enough humor to keep the process fun. I believe that training does not have to be a punishment, but rather something that gives you energy. I myself am currently training for an ultramarathon and aim to complete an Ironman in the future. As a result, I understand better than anyone what it takes to structurally train, recover and persevere in the long term. My guilty pleasure during long runs?
