work
At The Social Health Club, we don't believe in the concept of a “one size fits all” plan. Your goals and your life are unique, which is why we create a personal plan that only really works for you. In order to arrive at this tailor-made strategy, we do use concrete and transparent steps.

Start with a call
We start with an introduction by phone. We'll discuss your goals and answer any questions you may have. Based on this, we will match you directly with the trainer who best suits you in terms of expertise and personality.

Getting to know the club
Then we would like to invite you to the club for a chat with this trainer, coffee is ready! On the basis of a pre-completed questionnaire, you will discuss your goals and physical principles together. The conversation is still completely informal and aims to ensure that you know exactly how we can help you and what it takes to achieve your result. We'll go through all the practical issues and, if you want, we'll immediately combine this with an initial trial training so you can experience our approach right away.

Set up a plan with your trainer
During the first few training sessions, we analyze how you move and do specific tests. This baseline measurement is essential to make your progress measurable. In the subsequent coaching conversation, we translate these insights into a concrete and personal plan with clear steps.

Implementing the plan
A plan only works if it is applied in practice! Of course, your trainer checks in with you at each session and is always available for advice in between. Every 4 to 8 weeks, we evaluate the results during an extensive coaching session; we repeat the tests and adjust the plan where necessary, so that you continue to make continuous progress.

No time to come to the club? We bring the training to you with our mobile gym. Train where and when you want, indoors or outdoors, without sacrificing quality.
