Personal Training
A fit and strong body forms the basis for a healthy, balanced lifestyle: exercising regularly increases your physical freedom, reduces the risk of complaints and illnesses and increases both your daily energy and your mental resilience to stress. In addition, it makes you more aware of your choices, so you are less likely to choose unhealthy food after a workout, for example. That is why training is at the heart of the guidance we offer.

LIFESTYLE COACHING
Training alone is not enough; real results come from consistent, smart choices in daily life.
That's why we don't focus on extreme diets or unsustainable schedules, but on an approach that suits your lifestyle. With regular coaching sessions, we map out your habits and work on achievable changes, from sleeping better and eating smarter to more daily exercise, so that you build sustainable energy, results and balance.
* Lifestyle coaching is included in all Personal and Small Group training packages.


Open Gym
In addition to our guided sessions, you can also train independently in our Open Gym. We work by reservation only with a limited number of seats per hour, so you're never in a crowded space and the equipment you need is always available. The Open Gym is only accessible in combination with a Personal or Small Group process, because we value safe and effective exercise and thus train you with the right technique and a well-thought-out plan. After your workout, you can relax and recuperate with free use of our sauna, coffee bar and fresh protein shakes.
On-site training
No time for the gym, or do you just prefer to work out outside? Then we'll bring the gym to you! Whether it's in your driveway, in the park or in the office: we'll drive by with all the necessary materials — from kettlebells to boxing gloves. We can transform any location into a gym, so that health fits seamlessly into your daily schedule.
