At that time, I noticed that helping people gives me a lot of energy and satisfaction, which is why I am now a personal trainer & online fitness coach. Before coaching, I already had some experience with training, but I always reached a plateau where I couldn't get any further. With the tailor-made training and nutrition schedules and Ruben's support, I managed to gain 9 kg in 6 months. I now feel a lot fitter and I've also built a gym routine that fits well into my life. I would definitely recommend this coaching to anyone who wants to get fitter and build healthy habits, but may not have all the knowledge about how to do this most effectively yet.

I was always a healthy and sporty child, but also always quite thin. Over the past few years, I occasionally did some bodyweight training at home, but it never really lasted long, usually only a few months. I also hated the gym, mainly because I didn't know how the machines worked and because my ego got in the way. When I started with Ruben, things were actually the same in the first few months. I was always too busy to go to the gym and found excuses over and over again. Still, Ruben kept messaging me, motivating me, and believing in me. After a few months, I started going to the gym more often, understanding the machines better, gaining muscle mass, and generally feeling more confident. I also found that it's important to try out different gyms to find one that's really right for you. I would probably never have discovered that myself. In addition, I also started to gain some weight, which was almost a miracle for me. I came to better understand what I ate, what worked for me and how nutrition plays a role. After 6 months, I had gained almost 5 kg and now go to the gym at least twice, and usually three times a week. Recently, I also started running. Many people measure progress on heavier weights or gaining or losing weight. In my case, it was mainly about breaking a long-term barrier of anxiety and procrastination. That is why I am very happy with my results and with Ruben's coaching. It's just that I probably would never have done this, and that's okay. Sometimes we need guidance and a mentor to go to a higher level.

Before I started coaching Ruben, I had tried everything to make progress, but never successfully. Either I made no progress, or I fell back into old habits after a bit of progress, allowing me to start from scratch. I lost 8 kg in 4 months and this is very nice and measurable, but the most important thing is that I feel more like myself, feel better about myself and am building good habits and a new healthier lifestyle. Ruben has always taken my wishes into account, gave useful tips where necessary and always remained honest and respectful. Because I had made so much progress after 4 months and was very satisfied with the coaching, there was actually no doubt and I extended the process for another 4 months 💪🏻 Definitely recommended!!
